Sorceress Sellen is an important NPC in Elden Ring. You can find her in Limgrave, near the starting area, inside the Waypoint Ruins and learn Sorceries from her. You can also find Sellen at the Witchbane Ruins in the Weeping Peninsula, near the Isolated Merchants Shack.

But first, you need to complete the dungeon challenge, and defeat Mad Pumpkin Head. You can’t fight Sellen, she’s not an enemy.

Sometimes, Sellen may disappear unexpectedly. Let’s explore what you can do to bring her back.

What to do if Sellen is gone in Elden Ring

If you attack Sellen, she’ll quickly disappear from the area. If Sellen is gone, you can use Celestial Dew at the Church of Vows and repent there to restore relationships with NPCs. That should make her reappear at Waypoint.

Level up your sorcery skills with Sellen’s help
