Can I have multiple characters in Elden Ring?
Elden Ring supports multiple character slots which means that you can have multiple characters. Creating a new character doesn’t delete your old ones, you can keep your original save. The game supports 10 character slots which means that you can create up to 10 different characters.
To play as a different character, go to the main menu, select the save you want to use and load the game. Each character will be shown on a list together with their name, location and time played.
How to create a new character in Elden Ring
To create a new character, hit the New Game button, and go to the character creation screen. Use the customization tools to create the right character for you. The game won’t overwrite existing characters.
After creating a new character, you can always change their appearance. The only thing that you can’t change is your their class.
How to delete a character in Elden Ring
To delete a character in Elden Ring, open the main menu, and go to the list of characters available on your device. Select the character you want to delete. Confirm your choice to delete the save.
