Where can I find Larval Tears in Elden Ring?

You can obtain Larval Tears after defeating disguised enemies. You can also buy Larval Tears from Pidia, Carian Servant and the Nomadic Merchant. Additionally, you can loot Larval Tears off some corpses in Nokron.

Enemies that drop Larval Tears when defeated

1. The Runebear disguised as an Undead Soldier. You’ll find the bear near the Agheel Lake South Site of Grace.
2. The Grafted Scion disguised as a Giant Lobster located between Rose Church and Boilprawn Shack.
3. The Troll disguised as an Undead Soldier in Caelid.
4. The Lion Guardian disguised as an Undead Soldier near Woodfolk Ruins.
5. The Colossal Wormface disguised as charred corpse near the Road of Inequities Site of Grace.
6. The Runebear disguised as a pilgrim half-buried in snow in the Consecrated Snowfield.
7. The Mimic Tear drops two Larval Tears when defeated in Nokstella.
8. Four Larval Tears are dropped by the four Silver Tears disguised as large inanimate balls in Night’s Sacred Ground, the bridge in Nokstella, the building after the bridge, and the top of Nokstella.

Loot Larval Tears off corpses in Nokron

1. You can pick up one Larval Tear from the graveyard located in the Village of the Albinaurics.
2. You can pick up one Larval Tear from the graveyard east of Caria Manor after touching a ghost sitting on a chair at the graveyard.
3. Loot it off the corpse inside the stone building southeast of the Nokron, Eternal City Site of Grace.
4. Loot it off the corpse located in the middle of a gazebo in Nokron.

Purchase Larval Tears from Pidia and the Nomadic Merchant

You also have the option to purchase Larval Tears from merchant NPCs. You can buy one Larval Tear from Pidia, Carian Servant and another one from the Nomadic Merchant in Siofra River. The price is 3,000 Runes each. However, you  can only buy one Larval Tear from each NPC.

As you can see, you need to keep exploring The Lands Between to find more Larval Tears. You can only buy a limited number of Larval Tears from merchant NPCs.
