If the EA App keeps saying your credentials are incorrect or have expired, follow the troubleshooting steps below to get rid of this annoying message.

What do I do if my EA credentials have expired?

Reset your EA Account password

Go to EA’s Password Recovery page, enter the email address associated with your EA account, and hit the Send button.

You’ll receive a link via email that you can use to reset your EA password.

Type in and confirm your new password. Restart the app and check if you can log in to your EA Account using your new password.

Resetting your EA password should fix the problem for most users.

What does “Your credentials have expired” mean?

The EA App may say that your credentials have expired if you haven’t used the app in a while, or if there has been a change to your EA account information.

This error message can also pop up if you have entered your login information incorrectly too many times.

You may also get this message if your account has been locked due to suspicious activity or banned or suspended for violating EA’s terms of service.

If the EA App keeps saying your credentials are incorrect or have expired even after resetting your password, contact EA Support and report the problem.
