Can my Sim have a baby with a Sage in The Sims 4? Sages are completely infertile and your Sim can marry one but they can’t have babies. If you take a look in CAS, you’ll notice that Sages are infertile.
Many gamers suggested those genes should be gifted to the world. But the Sages are non-playable characters that obey special game mechanics, so it’s easy to understand why they can’t have babies with regular Sims.
You’ll also notice your Sim won’t be able try for baby with the Sages although the woohoo option is indeed available.

I am trying to get my young adult female sim pregnant by Morgyn Embers (one of the three main witches/warlocks, also a young adult, but male). For some reason, there is an option to woohoo, but no option to try for baby….any help is greatly appreciated!
To avoid any headaches, it’s best to let Morgyn focus on their sage duties. Morgyn is non-binary and can’t get pregnant or get anyone else pregnant for a reason.

If you really want your Sim to have a baby with one of the Sages, you can use cheats — if you’re not opposed to that. You can use cas.fulleditmode to change this and enable the try for baby option for Morgyn and other Sages as well.
