Completing Daily Missions in Valorant is an excellent way to gain more experience, improve your skills and get more familiar with the game. Read this guide to learn everything there is to know about Valorant’s Missions.
Players will receive a series of missions that will give them the opportunity to prove they are worthy of the Agent title. Some of these missions are available on a daily or weekly basis, while others are available only for new recruits.
The best approach is to accept every mission you’re being given as this will allow you to gain valuable experience for competitive matches. This is exactly what Riot’s team advise your to do:
What can we say? Humans learn best when they’re a bit green, so the Welcome to VALORANT missions grant the most experience. You can’t be the new kid on the block forever, though, so make the most of your newbie gains while you can.
Daily Missions give your extra XP
Daily Missions help you to keep your Agents’ skills sharp. Each mission gives players the opportunity to earn a maximum of 4,000 Extra points. They are rather simple, so there’s no need to worry about having to complete extremely complicated and time consuming tasks.
After all, the purpose of these missions is to help you gain more experience in the game and to get you ready for what’s coming in competitive matches.
Daily Missions help you progress along your Contracts, and any little progress is better than no progress. So, do keep that in mind next time you want to skip the missions given to you.

There are many Daily Missions available and they are randomly assigned to players. This is a good thing since every mission lets you earn different rewards. If all the members of a team accept Daily Missions, each will have different tasks to complete and will get different rewards.
Common examples of Daily Missions in Valorant include:
- Purchasing certain armor pieces or weapons
- Collecting Orbs
- Using your Agent’s Ultimate Ability
- Planting or disarming Spikes
- Taking out one of your enemies with a head shot
- Taking out an enemy using their own weapon
- Killing enemies with headshots
- Scoring the first kill of the round
- Buying a certain number of skill charges
- Causing a certain amount of damage.
As you can see, some of these tasks are very simple (purchasing weapons), while others take a bit more time to complete. For example, you may need to play two or three matches to your Agent’s Ultimate ability five times. Of course, the more difficult the challenge, the bigger the reward.
