Ive tried restarting the game and then uninstalling and installing and both didnt work I dont know how to fix this problem

Mid games it happens also and reopening the game seems fine at first until it does it again mid fire fight and I have to reset and rejoin over and over leaving the team down a guy every 3-5 rounds for minimum 1-2 rounds before I can get back in.
