How to get rid of the Fear of Unfulfilled Dreams
To stop the Fear of Unfulfilled Dreams in The Sims 4, you need to fulfill your Sim’s unfulfilled wants and have them discuss their fears with other Sims.
Fulfill your Sim’s wants
There’s a list of unfulfilled wants above your Sim’s portrait. Check it out and try fulfilling all of your Sim’s wants.
Talk about the Fear of Unfulfilled Dreams
In order to get rid of the Fear of Unfulfilled Dreams, your Sim needs to openly talk about it with other Sims. This will help them conquer their fear.

Purchase the Fear-Be-Gone Potion
Alternatively, you can purchase a Fear-Be-Gone Potion from the Aspiration Rewards Store to speed up the process. You can find the potion in your Sim’s inventory.
If your Sim has multiple fears, you need to buy multiple potions. Each potion can help you get rid of one fear.
Disable Wants and Fears
If you got tired of keeping track of your Sim’s wants and fears, you can go to Game Options, select Gameplay and disable Show Wants & Fears.
After disabling this feature, your Sim’s wants and fears will disappear.
