Fia Acosta is the Royal Robber in The Sims 4 Royal & Legacy EP. She shows up at the Ye Olde Voyager bar in Verdemar around 1 PM.
You can’t invite Fia home, so to complete the Expose the Royal Robber aspiration objective, you need to gather enough info about her secret and confront her.
Fia is a commoner with a lot of her own secrets. Not only is she Cordelia Thebe V’s secret lover, but she’s also Ondarion’s Royal Robber.
She’s the second pre-made burglar in The Sims 4, the first being Robin Banks.

How to Expose Fia as the Royal Robber
To uncover who’s behind the Royal Robber mask, you need to talk to various residents of Ondarion to gather clues. Open the Gossip tab in the Friendly menu, and choose Ramble About the Royal Robber.
Keep doing this until you’ve gathered enough information about the robber.
To confront Fia about her secret, you first need to become acquainted with both Cordelia and Fia. Then, ask Cordelia for a secret about Fia.
She will reveal Fia’s Robbing the Neighborhood major secret, which lets you confront Fia.
Once you unlock this interaction, you can work on the Social Puppeteer aspiration by choosing to extort Fia, expose her, or promise to keep her secret.
If you choose to keep her secret, you can become really good friends with her.
By the way, Fia is a charitable thief with a band of outlaws who hide stolen noble wealth across the kingdom. If you’re lucky, you might stumble across some of these hidden treasures while exploring Ondarion.
