How to reach your Sim’s maximum body potential

The best way to help your Sims reach their maximum body potential is to constantly work out and focus on both strength and cardio exercises. Have your Sim lift weights and do cardio exercises like treadmills every day to gain muscle and minimize fat.

Just lifting weights or just cardio won’t do it. You need to mix both types of training to help your Sims reach their maximum body potential.

Doing Epic Workouts while Very Energized will speed up the progress.

Protein is key to reaching your Sim’s max body potential

Have your Sim drink two or three protein drinks every day. Ideally, you should have them drink protein shakes while at the gym.

Have them eat protein-based dishes every day to help them gain muscle mass faster.

After reaching Level 5 of the Fitness skill, Sims can make a protein shake. Simply click on the bar, and select the protein drink from the menu.

Protein Plates and Protein Shakes will help your Sims bulk up faster.

Follow this strategy and your Sims will achieve Level 10 of the Fitness skill and complete the Bodybuilder aspiration in no time.

After completing the Bodybuilder aspiration, your Sim will unlock the Long-Lived trait.

Sims with the Long-Lived trait typically live for 25 days longer than other elders.

How to help female Sims gain muscle

The muscle mass of male Sims will get really visible once they’ve completed the Bodybuilder aspiration.

Female Sims will gain muscle after reaching their maximum body potential but won’t grow big muscles. They’ll be fit and toned but won’t bulk up.

If you want to help female Sims gain more muscle mass, have them drink protein drinks and eat protein-based meals.

The younger your Sims are, the easier it is for them to gain muscle.

Reaching maximum body potential as an elder Sim

Reaching maximum body potential as an elder Sim is really difficult. If your elder Sim works out for an hour or two, they’ll suddenly become dangerously tired.

If you don’t stop and wait for a few hours, your Sim will die of exhaustion.

The problem is that the progress bar will reset itself every time your elder Sim stops working out.

This means you need to start all over again.

You can bypass this limitation by having your Sim take a bath in the most expensive bathtub available in the game.

Taking a bath will remove the Dangerously Tired moodlet in no time.

Once this moodlet is gone, have your elder Sim eat a Protein Plate and drink a Protein Shake. Then, have them do an Epic Workout.

Repeat these steps until you’ve reached your elder Sim’s max body potential.
