The Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature adds a new career that focuses on holistic healing: the Naturopath Career.
Sims in this path get clients with different ailments. Your Sim has to talk to the clients, figure out their symptoms, and then decide on the right potion or cure to give them.
Every day, a Sim shows up with symptoms, and your Sim asks the same five questions to diagnose and treat them.
Then, your Sim crafts a cure, gives it to the patient, and repeats the whole process the next day.
The naturopath career splits into two branches: Apothecary or Lifestyle Coach.
One branch needs more apothecary skill, the other needs more fitness skill.
Gameplay is the same for both branches — same interactions, just different skill focus.
The Apothecary Path: Holistic Healing
Ask the Right Questions
The symptoms show up in a list at the top, so you know what questions to ask your client. But here’s the catch — the possible diagnoses only narrow down little by little.
To find the exact right cure, your Sim has to go through every single question every single time. It gets pretty repetitive and, honestly, a bit tedious.
The good part is that ailments and cures change with each client, so it’s not the same every time. But still, the process can drag on longer than needed.
A Work-From-Home Career
The Naturopath Career lets Sims work from home, go to work, or take clients to their house. That’s a nice bit of flexibility.
But the gameplay can get repetitive fast. You’ll click through similar dialogue options over and over. The experience can quickly feel boring and repetitive.
But one cool detail is the “Healing Helper” sentiment. When a Sim helps another with a potion or cure, the patient shows genuine appreciation.

- When a Fairy learns the ability to cure ailments, they can use a quick interaction to heal Sims without having to ask any questions or craft any elixirs. That’s a nice time saver.
Some Outfits Are Locked Behind the Naturopath Career
A few of the outfits in this pack are locked behind the naturopath career. You can’t use them in Create-a-Sim unless your Sim unlocks them through gameplay.
It’s not a huge problem, but it does limit what’s available right away, especially for players who mostly build or focus on CAS.
The Lifestyle Coach Path
The Lifestyle Coach branch in the Naturopath career is focused on Fitness instead of Apothecary. You still work from home. The only real difference is that you level up the Fitness skill instead of the Apothecary skill.
