How to take photos in The Sims 4
First things first, you’ll need a playable Sim that is skilled in photography.
One way to take photos of your Sims is to go to Manage households, and add one of your Sims with good photography skill into the family. After they take the photos, you can move them back to their original household.
Alternatively, you can play the Sim with the photography skills and have them go around to the houses of Sims that need photos. After you take the photos, you can offer them as a gift. Your Sims will appreciate the gift.
Additionally, you can also add a townie to your household when you want to take family photos. After they take the photos, you need to take the photos off their inventory.
Gamers want simpler options
Many Sims 4 players agree that the photo-taking process is too complicated. They think the devs should add a simple “Ask to take a photo” option or let them hire a photographer.
They suggested that having a real NPC just the photo interaction would be great.
