To earn a Celebrity Tile in The Sims 4, you need to become a 5-Star celebrity, aka Global Superstar. This is the maximum fame rank that your Sim can hit in the game.
After becoming a Global Superstar, you’ll find your Celebrity Tile in your Sim’s inventory.
To place a Celebrity Tile on Starlight Boulevard, you need to travel to the famous Del Sol Valley.
Where to place your Celebrity Tile
There are five locations where you can place your Celebrity Tile:
- Orchid A Go Go
- Pectoral Fitness
- Plumbob Pictures Museum
- Studio PBP
- Ward Park
Go to any of these five locations, zoom out and locate the street with the colorful squares on the sidewalk. That’s Starlight Boulevard. Walk there.
Click on an empty tile spot on Starlight Boulevard, and place your Celebrity Tile.
If the option to place your Celebrity Tile is not available, hang around there for a while until a group of fans gathers around you and try again.
How to host a Tile Placement Ceremony
If you want the entire world to witness the event, you can select the Start Tile Placement Ceremony option.
After a while, the game will let you know that enough Sims have arrived to watch the event. Click on the empty tile spot and place your tile.
The ceremony itself isn’t all that fancy. A group of fans will gather around you and cheer a bit. You can interact with your fans after the ceremony ends.
How to change your Celebrity Tile color
To change your Celebrity Tile color, go to your Sim’s inventory, click on the tile, and place it in your world. Then, go to Build & Buy Mode and select the Design Tool.
Click on your Celebrity Tile to change its color. You can choose between red, dark blue, and the default color.
