In reality, land was always free. The electric line is both phone, cable, and electricity. In reality, If we go to lakes, ponds, and creeks water is free that feeds into the water lines. The only thing to be paid is sewage. They should have done Sims 4 as a real virtual world meeting real people and talking with a chat in world. This would be more fun and also we know we need to pee in reality but in game gets monotonous to keep doing that. I thought that a game called Second Life was supposed to have name change to “Life” based on the Sims. That would have been fun to do. Keep in mind, people want different things in their world that includes being able to thrive and not die all the time.
