Valorant offers plenty of in-game content that players can use to customize their agents and boost their abilities. But sometimes, some of these items may let players down pushing them to ask for a refund.
And when you go to check your purchase history, the following error might rear its ugly head: You have requested data too fast. Please slow down.
i cant make refunds because it gives me request data too quickly its been 24 hrs now and still not fixed pls help
If you can’t send your refund demand, wait for 24 hours starting from the moment you purchased the respective item. If you’re still unable to request for a refund, submit a ticket to Riot Support offering them as many details as possible about this problem.

Keep in mind that refund demands for Valorant in-game content are accepted in the following cases:
- Unused content purchased with VP within the last 7 days (back to VP)
- Unused content purchased with Radianite Points within the last 7 days (back to Radianite Points).
For a cash refund, you need to submit a ticket. It is worth mentioning that cash refunds are available for 90 days after a transaction if and only if VP wasn’t spent. Make sure you don’t pass the allotted time for a refund.
Valorant Battle Pass is not refundable
Riot clearly explained there are no refunds for the Battle Pass or level-ups to the Battle Pass orAgent Contracts
You cannot refund the Battle Pass. You will also not be able to refund level-ups to both the Battle Pass and Agent Contracts. […] the refund button will populate next to all your purchases, but it will not be clickable for anything pertaining to the Battle Pass or Agent Contracts.
Not being able to get a refund as soon as possible can be annoying. The refund system is supposed to be simple and easy to navigate but sometimes issues do occur. Have a little patience, wait a few hours or up to 24 hours and try again. If the system is still unavailable, contact Riot’s support team.
