If you can’t join a party in Valorant to play with your friends, this problem is most likely stemming from Riot’s servers or your account.
Do This if You’re Unable to Join Valorant Party
Check your region
The first thing you should do is to check your region. Make sure your account is linked to the correct region. There have been many cases where gamers’ account were linked to another region preventing them from adding friends or joining parties.
To check what Valorant servers you’re connected to, go to the main menu, click on the left where it says Valorant and then click on About. There will be 4 tabs on the screen. Check what game shard you have.
Another way to check your region is to go to the game store and check what currency is listed there for buying things.
If your account is not linked to the region you live in, contact Riot support and ask them to look into this problem. Their support team will take care of your region-related issues as soon as possible.
Restart Riot client
Once you’ve cleared the region-related issues out of the way, make sure to restart your Riot Games client. Additionally, you can also reboot your computer and modem to make sure you get rid of any temporary files and scripts.
Conclusion
Party issues in Valorant are often caused by incorrect region settings or server-side problems. In most cases, players can’t really do much about these issues and should submit a ticket to Riot support.
