Fix 2 – Refresh your connection
If your Internet connection is causing this error, enabling Airplane mode and then going back online should fix the problem.
On your phone, swipe down with two fingers and tap Airplane mode. Leave your phone in airplane mode for one minute.
Then, swipe down again and this time tap the Mobile data option to go back online.
If that did not work, try restarting your phone.
