Restart your console and router
If your console didn’t boot up properly, certain functionalities may not be available. Restarting your console should fix these temporary issues.
Restart your router as well. Internet connectivity issues may also trigger error CE-100095-5. Make sure to disconnect all the other devices using the connection to free up more bandwidth for your PS5 console.
Install the latest system updates
Navigate to Settings, select System, and go to System Software. Then select System Software Update, and go to Update System Software. Select Update Using Internet to launch the update process.
Download and install the latest PS5 system software version, restart the console and check if the error is gone.

Reinstall the game
Many users confirmed error CE-100095-5 disappeared after deleting and reinstalling the problematic game. It seems that this error code is triggered by corrupted game files. That could explain why the error goes away after reinstalling the game.
Navigate to the Home screen, and select the game that’s throwing this error. Then press the Options button, and select Remove from the list. Hit OK and restart your console. Go back to your Home screen, select your game library and reinstall the problematic game.
Enter Safe Mode and rebuild the database
If none of the methods above worked, enter Safe Mode and rebuild your console’s database. Turn off your PS5 and then hold down the Power button on the console until you’ve heard two beeps. Release the Power button after the second beep. Select the Rebuild database option (it should be the fifth option on the list).
