Farming Simulator doesn’t allow you to harvest crops while it’s raining. So, what else can you do during rain? Let’s find out!
What to do during rain in Farming Simulator
Only harvesting is affected during drain. You can do other jobs such as taking care of livestock, getting equipment maintenance work done, selling stuff at the market, and so on.
Jobs you can do while it’s raining in Farming Simulator
- Take care of livestock, feed them hay bales
- Transport fertilizers, seeds, and herbicides to the farm
- Get maintenance caught up
- Fill up your equipment with fuel
- Wash your equipment, make it nice and shiny
- Transfer equipment to and from various locations
- Sell grain at the market
- Work at the BiogasPlant
- Take care of baling contracts
- Mow your grass (yes, you can do that while it’s raining)
- Plow your fields
- Fertilize your crops
- Plant the seeds for future crops
Rain doesn’t do anything except prevent crops from being harvested. You can still take care of a lot of things during the rain. You can feed livestock, get maintenance caught up, plow, plant, fertilize fields, and so on.
If you’re willing to sacrifice realism for gameplay, you can stop rain and hail in Farming Simulator.
