Fix 1 – Link your console to YouTube only

  4. Make sure YouTube is the only service that you linked your console to.

Fix 2 –Ā  Log out for a few minutes

Other users confirmed that logging out for a few minutes fixed the problem.

So, simply log out of your YouTube account and turn off your console, as well as your modem/router. Wait for about 30 minutes and then restart your PS4 and modem.

Log back in to your YouTube accountĀ  and try to upload a new game clip to see if it works.

You may also try to temporarily log in using another PS account and then reconnect using your regular account.

Fix 3 – Create a new YouTube channel

Other gamers suggested that creating a new YouTube channel might be the solution.

So, go ahead and start a new YouTube channel, link your PlayStation console to it and upload a new video.

Then log out of this new YouTube account and log in to your problematic account.

Try to upload a new video to your old YT account and this time it should work.
