Cyberpunk 2077 Point of No Return Meaning
What is the point of no return in Cyberpunk 2077?
In Cyberpunk 2077, the point of no return is a mission called Nocturne OP55N1. The second you enter the Embers restaurant is the moment that triggers the point of no return.
This is the point that puts players straight on the path to the main story ending. Once you reach the point of no return, you can no longer engage in side quests or other open-world actions. Ideally, you should explore side quests and gigs before reaching the point of no return.
If you want to enjoy side quests and further explore the Cyberpunk world, it’s a good idea to save your game progress before you visit the Embers restaurant. In case you encounter any technical glitches, you’ll be able to reload the save file and resume playing.
What happens after the point of no return in Cyberpunk?
Once you accept the Nocturne OP55N1 mission, the game action quickly unfolds to one of the game’s possible endings. The game will prompt you to make certain decision that determine which ending you get to play.
Once you enter the Embers restaurant, there will be no side quests available to you. The game will take you to the final stretch of the story. You can’t leave the mission.
After you experienced one of the possible game endings, you can return to the save game to further explore the game’s open-world.
Is the point of no return the end of Cyberpunk?
In Cyberpunk, the point of no return is the end of the main story, but not the end of the game itself. After you complete the mission triggered by the point of no return, you can click on the ‘One more gig‘ option. The game will bring you back to before the point of no return mission. And you can launch new side quests to unlock a different ending.
How long is Cyberpunk after the point of no return?
Once you reach Cyberpunk’s point of no return, you still have about 5 hours of gameplay left on average.
