My bad, I should have been more clear about that.
Sims can’t have two full-time jobs simultaneously. But they can have two part-time jobs at once.

I frequently have sims with 2 part time jobs or a sim in university with a part-time job. Whatever that mod is, it’s not necessary for holding 2 part-time jobs.
